Die Fereinwohnung grenzt an das Haus von den Gastgebern. Sie ist komplett separat und hat einen eigenen Türeingang. Auf dem Hof vor der Wohnung gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz für ein gewöhnliches PKW (größere Autos können am Waldrand, Gehezeit 1 Min, geparkt werden). Bitte die Einfahrt auf das Grundstück und zur Garage frei halten. Die Gäste sind hezlich eingeladen, den privaten Zugang zum Jenbach, der durch den Garten führt, zu nutzen. Der Garten selbst ist privat und kann nicht mitgenuzt werden.
