Small but nice - Welcome to our cozy one-room apartment. After a jump into the cool Lake Constance, it's time for a rain shower. Hungry? We have put together tips with the best restaurants in the city and the region.Where can you get the best Schlemmertöpfle?Never heard of it? So what are you waiting for?In 2020 this small apartment was completely renovated. Due to the central location and good connections, you can reach all major cities and Lake Constance in no time. A lot of love was attached to high-quality materials and a homely atmosphere. We equipped the flat with a high-quality kitchen with all important built-in electrical appliances (dishwasher, induction cooker, oven). From cutlery to coffee machine, the flat leaves nothing to be desired.The bathroom has a large rain shower to relax and feel good. Towels and hairdryer are available. For pleasant nights there is a bed incl. mattress from Bett1 (best rated mattress) and a very comfortable sofa bed. Thus, there would be enough space in the apartment for up to four people, even if it could be a bit cozy.For multimedia there is a flat screen TV and free, fast WLAN.A washing machine and drying room can be used free of charge.
