Property info

Our Mühlenschenke is a family business with a long tradition. From an old grain mill with Fuhrbetrieb and farm evolved into a nature inline, proper style guest house with charm and family security. Since several generations here unfolded an oasis of tranquility and well-being . Our lovingly furnished guest rooms and apartments emanate, each on its own, a distinctive atmosphere. Even a lawn, play areas for basketball and table tennis are available. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the guesthouse. Free private parking is available in front of the Mühlenschenke in sufficient numbers. Make yourself at home!

Neighborhood info

Impressively beautiful is the wonderful river landscape of the Middle Rhine with its numerous castles. The mighty Rheinfels Castle is within reach from our Mühlenschenke. Behind our guest house you can directly go to the castle (about 15 minutes walk). It is located on a ridge between the left bank of the Rhine and the Gründelbachtal and is the largest and one of the greatest ruins on the Rhine. Go into the vast corridors and in the museum on a discovery tour. After the visit you can enjoy the restaurant and the magnificent views of the Rhine and the fabled, mysterious Loreley rock at the Schlosshotel. The 132 m high, towering cliff is the attraction for tourists from around the world. Then you can continue your hike on numerous, well-signposted routes or visit the romantic town of St. Goar. It offers restaurants, cafes and shops. By the way: By now you should get a good taste of Rhine wine in one of the wine bars!
