Top + 100% Centrally located apartment in the middle of Wiesbaden's old town and its nightlife. The apartment (about 36 sqm) is located on the 1st floor of a residential and commercial building. Ideal for night owls, right above a cocktail bar. The apartment is fully equipped. A breakfast kitchen is available as well as a 38 inch flat / Amazon TV and international TV channels. Bed linen and towels are of course included in the rental price. ITill Ocober 2025, there MAY BE noise disturbances due to construction work between 08:00 and 16:00 Please note that this offer is also available to smokers, so please refrain from complaints for this reason.

It is a 3-minute walk to the market square with town hall, market church, parliament and pedestrian area, casino, state theater and all other tourist attractions. If you arrive by car, there are nearby parking garages. Restricted parking on the street, please also see the pictures in the ad.
