Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung oben drüber ist auch über Kurzzeitvermietung angeboten und gut isoliert, sodass man seine Ruhe hat. Gegenüber ist ein Ackerfeld, dass vom Bauer bewirtschaftet wird. Direkt fußläufig ist der Beachclub Nethen, der viele Attraktionen bietet.
