If a child under 6 years of age is allowed to stay free of charge according to the booking conditions, the child is accommodated free of charge without a separate bed, bed linen and towels. An extra set of towels can be provided on request at an additional cost. Please note that there is no staffed reception in the house, but a support team, which are available by phone for any difficulties and support. This is a non-smoking apartment. Please pay attention to the following purposes to be charged extra: 1. Smoking (including electronic devices) - 300 euros. 2. Smoke detector removed - 300 euros. 3. Violation of house rules (pets, disturbing the peace, etc.) - 150 euros. 4. Non confirmed late check-out up to 4 hours - 50 euros. 5. Non confirmed late check-out from 4 hours - daily price. 6. More people staying than booked - 15 euros for each extra guest per night. 7. Apartment or common spaces left in an extremely dirty condition - amount of extra needed cleaning hours.

The apartments have a total size of about 30-47 m2. From the balcony you have a great forest view or city view. As a guest you can use everything in the apartment. You have free wifi in addition to coffee and tea. The house Deutsch Krone, where the apartment is located, is an apartment house. There are some other vacation apartments in the house. In front of the house are many parking spaces that can be used free of charge. The bus stop "Eichendehne" is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
