Property information

800m and you are at the market place - it doesn't get much more central than that! The apartment is located in a one-way street on the 2nd floor of a new building. It has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, storage room and an underground parking space (in the house). Perfectly suitable for couples or single travelers.

Neighbourhood information

The centrally located apartment is on a one-way street and despite the central location is little busy (in the evening especially). The well-known and trendy bar "Vodkaria" is just around the corner (about 200m). On Gottschedstraße are within walking distance (less than 600m) numerous other restaurants (An Nam, Batu, Burgerheart, 60 Seconds to Napoli, Auerbachs Keller) and cafes (Café Luise, Pilot). The trendy "Kaffee Dankbar" (brunch, lunch, coffee & cake) is also in the immediate vicinity and worth a visit! There are also cultural opportunities virtually on the doorstep: Stasi-Musuem in about 600m distance, the Thomaskirche 650m, Zeitgeschichtliches Forum 900m and and and. Leipzig has so much to offer :) The Mädler-Passage, also only about 900m away, invites you to store and feast.
