Neighbourhood information

Directly in Schwabing but only a stone's throw away from the A9 motorway. We are in a newly designed, green neighborhood with urban lifestyle. A small stream behind our Leocarée exudes tranquility in the middle of the city. Those who prefer cosmopolitan travel in about 4 minutes by tram directly to Münchner Freiheit, there you will find many different service providers, restaurants and shopping.
