The wonderfully large house full of activities is located only 500 m from the fantastic North Sea beach. It is heated with geothermal energy. In terms of entertainment and exercise, the property offers everything your heart desires. In the activity room there is a table tennis table and a pool table. If you love splashing around in the water, there is a swimming pool for hours of play. A whirlpool for 8 people is placed slightly elevated next to it and invites to a comfortable underwater massage. The specialty of the house is the indoor balcony, from which you can look at the bathers in the pool. The spacious bedrooms are equipped with double beds and flat-screen TV, many of which have their own access to the terrace or balcony and an unusually beautiful view of the dunes. The well-equipped kitchen fits well with the size of the house with two stoves and dishwasher. The living rooms are comfortable and well furnished with large flat screen TVs and the satellite receiver ensures a range of Nordic and German channels, such as Viasat for those interested in sports. Access to the Internet is of course free, it is also possible to use the existing AV equipment of the house for possible presentations. The 15,000 m² area surrounding the house includes, among other things, two fenced dog runs and a 45x90 m soccer field with small and large goals.
