The cottage offers peace and quiet with plenty of space for you to work on creative projects. It's not hard to find a cozy nook when you need to retreat. Maybe you'll settle into the rocking chair with that book you've been meaning to read or find time for an afternoon nap in the annex or hammock. In the garden, you can easily find a seat under one of the trees where you can gaze at the mighty trees and mirabelles that surround the house. The garden also offers activities such as a football goal, swing set and bonfire. When you need to move around a bit, the host will provide you with the fine bicycles. The cottage is for those who love nature, need to unplug, enjoy the simple life and family. Meet Anne Kristine We are a Danish-Dutch couple with two adult children. We bought the cottage back when the children were young and have built, maintained and improved the house over the years. Today, the place is a true sanctuary for the whole family, where we get down to business. We enjoy opening the patio doors to the forest garden, where the birds are singing and the atmosphere is peaceful and idyllic. We like to take a morning swim in the sea, which is just 700 meters from the house. Hop on the lovely cottage bikes to get there or use them to explore the area. We are nature lovers and there are many great opportunities for hiking, mountain biking and cycling on winding, hilly country roads. We're always finding new routes we've never been on before. We also love to visit Vig Flea Market on Saturday mornings, pick up fresh fish from an angler at Odden Harbor, eat ice cream and have a drink at Lill
