Property info

Located in the heart of la zona colonial, OB Independent Studios offer guests the comfort of exploring DR's most renowned & important historical sites. We are just metres away from it all ! Apart from our prime location, our comfortable independent studios are the perfect option for those travelling on a budget but who seek all the commodities we offer here at Ocean Breeze Studios: WiFi, Air conditioner, TV, cable, private kitchen, bathroom, balcony, rooftop + reception open during operating hours. Late check in is available upon request. Guest are more than welcome to enjoy the common areas such as the terrace and the lobby. Popular points of interest near the apartment include Punta Torrecillas Beach, Guibia and Mercado Modelo. The nearest airport is Las Américas International Airport, 25 minutes from OB STUDIOS. We do not have private parking in the complex however there are nearby private parking areas just 150m away from us. The cost is approximately 150-200 pesos (3 or 4 dolars) per day to leave your car. If you have any other questions our staff at reception will be happy to help you out. This is our guests favorite part of Santo Domingo, according to independent reviews.

At the end of the Conde street, you will find yourself facing the Independence Square or in Spanish "la plaza de independencia", considered the most important square in all Dominican Republic where you will find all the heros of "la patria". Just 100m away you can explore " El Conde" the largest pedestrian walk in all Dominican Republic! It runs all the way from parque de Independencia to Parque Colón and just beyond to the plaza España! Hungry? No problem! you will be able to try variety of typical Dominican dishes as well around the city as stay conservative with their diverse dinning options to cater for everyones needs. Not only will you be close to historical sites, but also the most popular bars, renowned restaurants, nightclubs, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and hospitals in Santo Domingos iconic Zona Colonial!
