Three-story house located in a gated residential community with private security, just 600 meters from Salinas Beach. The house offers a cozy and welcoming space with a total area of 225 square meters. Ground floor: Modern living room with furniture and a flat-screen TV, a spacious dining area, a guest bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a backyard with a laundry area. First floor: A master bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom, plus a sitting area with furniture and a large balcony with chairs. Second floor: Two spacious bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and the other with two bunk beds (four beds total). These two rooms share a bathroom. Outdoors: The experience is completed with a large swimming pool for both children and adults, shared with other residents, a hot tub with hydromassage, and an outdoor dining area—perfect for gatherings or dinners under the stars.
