Relax and enjoy this newly refurbished, well located apartment with two rooms, balcony, modern kitchen fully equipped, air-conditioned and free Wi-Fi. Located in the heart of Roses at 60 m. from the beach in pedestrian and commercial area is the perfect base to visit the Emporda area. We wanted to offer functional spaces incorporating all the elements we consider essential to fully enjoy your holidays: satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker Dolce taste capsules, led lighting, double aluminum enclosures for a good exterior soundproofing, etc. Decorated with trendy furniture, you will find all the amenities to feel at home. The apartment has an open area where kitchen is located opposite to the dining/living room. There are two double rooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds and one bathroom with shower. You can enjoy the sunny communal terrace where you can also make use of the washing machine and dryer.
