Property information

If you are looking for a relaxing getaway and a close interaction with the host this is your place. Cozy apartment located in a quiet beach, surrounded by the rice fields and with the Albufera Natural Park in your backyard. Ideal for a walk along the beach and enjoying the Valencian cuisine. Valencia City is located just half an hour from the house and in less than 10 min walking you can find Mareny de Barraquetes, a little town counting with all the services you may need. Cozy and beachfront two-bedroom apartment. Located in the third floor. Small open kitchen to the living room and terrace with amazing sea views and lots of light. Two bedroom and one full bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking and enjoying a home-like stay. Including wifi Common areas include two swimming pools, one for adults and one for kids opened during the summer.

Neighbourhood information

Playa del Rey is mainly a second residency beach area with a relaxing and close atmosphere . It is ideal for a relax getaways but it has alternatives for everyone. The urbanization offers a small supermarket and a restaurant mainly open during the summer season, but you have everything you may need in less than 10 min walking in the small town called Mareny de Barraquetes. During the summer season there is a great atmosphere but never overcrowded as opposed to the most popular touristic areas and during the rest of the year it is priceless to enjoy such an exclusive and secluded beach with an amazing weather and still counting with all the minimum service within walking distance. Approximate distances by car: • Valencia: 30 min • Albufera: 10-15 min • Mall with Carrefour, cinema, restaurants etc..: 10 min • Other bigger towns like Cullera, Sueca and Perello : 10 min There is a regular bus service connecting with Valencia City and Albufera in summer. In winter, the service is reduced to 2 buses per day during the weekdays. Very recommendable to come by car.
