Luxury traditional style detached Villa a few meters from the sea and the fishing village of Binibeca. Typical white Menorcan construction with a lot of charm. 4 double rooms and three bathrooms. Furnished, completely renovated for the 2020 season. Equipped with new sheets, towels and pillows. Kitchen with all appliances. TV, air conditioning and barbecue. Garden with grass for private use of almost 1000 m2. Beautiful sunsets with sea views from the chill-out on the first floor. Private pool. Parking on a dead end street
We are a couple from Barcelona with three children. In love with the island of Menorca with its quiet life, its unspoiled beaches and its spectacular sunsets
Excellent location, about 10 min walk from the white sand beach and crystal clear water Binibeca, 400 meters from the fishing village of Binibeca Vell and 200 meters from the supermarket and diving platforms. Binibeca is a 15-minute drive from Mahón Airport.
