Dear Guest, You are about to read some very important information, please pay attention: It is not a hotel, it is a private flat legally registered in the Canary Islands, and we are an agency that manages flats in the south of the island of Tenerife and for years we have been helping thousands of people to make their holidays as pleasant as possible. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30 and for them we charge check in and check out (standard rate 50€), as we do not have a 24 hour reception as in a Hotel. The swimming pool of the complex is paying (minimum 3.50€ per deckchair, per person / parasol in supplement 1.50€) OTHER INFORMATION - In case the guest stays until the end of the stay, it is not possible to request a refund from the host.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
