Come and enjoy this semi-detached house for 6 people only 10 minutes from the beach. Once you enter the property you will find a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy your garden suppers, and enjoy the Mediterranean climate with your family or friends. Two more terraces at the top of the house, one at the front and the other at the back to enjoy the views in a more private setting. Inside there are three comfortable double bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning. Two full bathrooms and a toilet on the ground floor complete this villa. The fully equipped kitchen is designed to satisfy all of your culinary needs. The spacious living room offers a cosy retreat to spend quality time with your loved ones. And for grill lovers, there is even an outdoor barbecue, perfect for entertaining guests or simply enjoying delicious meals al fresco. Can Bennasar provides all the comforts for an unforgettable holiday just 10 min away from the sandy beach and the many shops and restaurants. Layout This cosy house is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor you will find the garden and terrace area, the spacious living-dining room as well as the fully equipped kitchen, together with a toilet room and a laundry room. On the first floor we have 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160x200cm, with en-suite bathroom with shower, and the other room has two single beds of 90x190cm and a complete bathroom with shower. On the 2nd floor we have a double bedroom, with a 135x190cm bed, and two cosy and versatile terraces where you can sunbathe, relax or simply benefit from the light sea breeze that cools you down on hot summer days. We highly recommend our villa for a pleasant holiday near the sea!
