Welcome to this modern house with private pool in Mancor de la Vall. It offers a private pool and lots of light and style inside. The outdoor water-salt pool offers magnificent views over the island. The pool measures 5 x 4 metres, while the depth is 1.6 metres. Next to it, there are the comfortable sun loungers for relaxing after a swim. The terrace on the ground floor has a comfortable table where you can enjoy delicious dishes during your holidays. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby. The interior of the two-storey house has a rustic style that blends beautifully with more modern elements. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with air conditioning, satellite TV and DVD player; a wonderful kitchen with induction hob and access to the dining terrace; a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning; and a bathroom with shower. Following the mountain shape, the house extends to the lower level, where we have two more bedrooms. Both of them feature a double bed, en suite bathroom -one with bathtub and the other with shower- and exit to the terrace, where you can lie on the sun lounger and enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings. The house is equipped with oil central heating and offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years, unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. There is exterior parking for 4 cars.

Mancor de la Vall is a beautiful village located at the foot of the mountains, which has the essential services to enjoy an independent stay. Just 5 km away, you will find Inca, a town that offers a wide variety of shops and services, including a traditional market that takes place every Thursday. Mancor is also an ideal starting point for hiking or biking excursions, for example to Santa Lucia, Lluc, Ses Fonts Ufanes or the famous Campanet Caves. If you want to go to the beach, the nearest one is 28 km away, the stunning beach of Puerto de Alcudia.
