Estudio con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en una urbanización tranquila con vistas al Montgó, amplias zonas comunales y con piscina abierta hasta las 24 horas. No tiene habitación separada, es todo en un espacio muy bien aprovechado, cama abatible de uso diario con colchón de 135x190. Estudio muy cómodo y moderno, que tiene una terraza con vistas a la montaña, piscina y áreas verdes de la comunidad. Esta ubicado en una segunda planta.

El área es ideal para descansar y desconectar de la vida diaria, para los amantes de senderismo hay muchas rutas fácilmente accesibles desde la propiedad. Para los que desean playa Denia ofrece mas de 12 km de playas (Las Marinas) que se encuentran a solo pocos minutos con coche. El aeropuerto de Valencia y Alicante están a una hora de distancia.
