A fully equipped bathroom with rain shower integrated, LED screen TV, both in the living room and bedroom, air conditioning, individual heating and free high-speed WIFI. The cleaning of the apartments will be done every three days for free or on request, for a fee. The registration, key collection and payment of the apartment will be done at our 24-hour reception of the semi-contiguous B&B Madrid Centro Fuencarral 52 hotel, as well as the resolution of any doubts or problems that may arise. Wonderful holiday apartments in the heart of Madrid reformed in July 2016, with very modern lines and exterior views integrated inside a beautiful building from S. XIX, which it´s architectural elements have been respected and restored with more charmcomo, like the main staircase or the wooden beams on some of the sloping ceilings .

The apartments are ideal for both, leisure and business travel due to the good communications and proximity to the main points of Madrid. We are just 400 meters away from Gran Vía or 8 minutes walking from Puerta del Sol, located in Calle Fuencarral 46, one of the trendiest streets in the capital, with lots of popular shops and restaurants in the surroundings. The area, between the neighborhoods of Malasaña and Chueca, has a great cultural asoffer well as abundant and attractive ludic services. At B&B we always try to provide unique experiences for our guests, as well as personalized services with a 24-hour reception.
