We bought the property because of its location. There are sweeping views of the Mediterranean from the lounge and balcony. It is very close to so many varied restaurants and bars. It is 150 metres from the beach and the boardwalk connecting La Cala and all points West. There is a very good supermarket within 500 metres too. The apartment has everything you could wish for and is fully air conditioned. The pool area is just lovely with lots of space and places to spread out. There is secure gated parking and a lift accessing all floors.

Having spent twenty years living in Sydney, Australia, we decided it was time to come back to Europe and bought a Bed & Breakfast in Looe, Cornwall, where we spent 6 very happy years. However drawn by the sunshine, extensive range of golf clubs, fabulous restaurants and so many other ways to entertain ourselves we decided to move to Spain’s wonderful Costa del Sol. The apartment is our second property in Mijas Costa and we hope you love it as much as we do. We have rented properties for 25 years with great success and we look forward to looking after all our guests in only the very best way possible.

The Miraflores area of the Costa del Sol is renowned for its beauty and proximity to the beach. The boardwalk is just 100 metres from apartment and provides you with a picturesque walk into La Cala to the East and Cabopino to the West. The area has hotels, restaurants and bars in profusion all helping to provide you with the perfect stay. The apartment contains a guide as to where the best spots to go are!!
