Taking the history and emblem of the building as a relay, we began our project with the commitment to restore the essence of the place, with the illusion of giving it back the warmth it has always transmitted; to give it back the noise, the laughter, the games, the commotion, the silence, and also to give it back its home. New bonds will be created and new feelings will emerge, and they will be unified with those transformed today into pleasant memories. And with the same essence of the place, LUMEN Place will allow you to feel it from both points of view; with the one of yesteryear, where the bamboo will turn into a roundabout and you will feel the same eagerness of its canes, or not, to reach the fifth; and with the current one, where the generosity of the building will wrap you up, turning you into one more character of this city.
