Nestled in the holiday resort of Costa Teguise, this exquisite villa is part of a gated community, conveniently located within walking distance of Playa Bastian and Playa Jablillo beaches, as well as a variety of bars, restaurants, and shops. This villa boasts an open-plan living area and kitchen, complemented by a terrace featuring an outdoor dining area and a private pool. The spacious open-plan living and dining area offers breathtaking sea views, with large patio doors leading to the partially covered terrace. Perfect for self-catering, the modern bespoke kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, grill, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Double doors from this light-filled room open to the terrace and outdoor dining area. Enjoy amenities such as free WiFi, a flat-screen TV. If you have Netflix, you can log in to your account. The master suite includes patio doors to the terrace, a king-size bed (2m x 2m), wardrobe, and his and hers en-suite shower/wet rooms with WCs. The second bedroom has a king size double bed (2m x 2m), double sofa bed, wardrobe, kitchenette and en-suite shower/wet room. The third room serves as a therapy room, equipped with a massage bed, en-suite shower room, and kitchenette. While the villa does not have air conditioning , fans are available on request to ensure your comfort year-round. The villa features underfloor heating for the cooler winter months. Step outside to the tranquil terrace, where you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views. The outdoor area includes dining furniture for six overlooking the 4m × 6.20m swimming pool with outside shower. A gate from the community provides easy access to the seafront promenade, allowing you to stroll to the resort centre or head towards Arrecife, the island’s capital.

Costa Teguise is a coastal town located on the east cosat of Lanzarote, The resort is known for its beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters and soft sand. There are 4 beaches within the resort; Playa Las Cucharas, Playa Jablillo , Playa Bastian and Playa de Los Charcos. Playa de las Cucharas is the main beach with soft, golden sand with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. This is the perfect beach if you wish to try Windsurfing, Kitesurfing or Winging. Playa Bastian located to the south of Playa Las Cucharas, is a quieter beach with a more relaxed atmosphere. The beach has soft dark sand and clear waters, and there are plenty of amenities nearby, including restaurants and a playground. Playa del Jablillo is small, sheltered beach located to the north of Playa Las Cucharas with white sand and turquoise water, perfect for snorkelling. It is protected by groins so is calm and great for families with children. Playa de los Charcos beach is at the northern end of the resort and a great place to sit anmd watch the windsurfers. Costa Teguise has a Golf Course, AquaPark water park, Aquarium , Jungle River Mini Golf and a weekly market held in Pueblo Marinero.
