We would love to give you all the support during your stay in our city Valencia, for that we prepare the loft with all the details to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Property information

Our Lofts are not just a tourist flat... it's an experience on your next trip! You'll think you're in the heart of 1950's New York Soho. The loft spaces have been designed following the industrial aesthetics and will invite you to totally atypical rooms. At the same time you will feel the warmth of home, as they are fully serviced and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The lofts are distributed over two floors. The main room is located on the lower floor, comprising the living room and the open kitchen concept, creating a large, uncluttered space so that you don't miss any detail. A wall made of huge bamboo canes separates the living room from a double bedroom with bathroom. From the access floor, a metal platform will take you to the upper floor, where you will find a second double bedroom with bathroom.

Neighbourhood information

Our lofts are located in the business hub of the city and the area of future expansion, you have next door the Palace of Congress, the Valencia fair and many business centers and hubs. In addition to that you have one of the main access to the city and 10 minutes from the airport The avenue next door offers a great variety of restaurants, services, supermarkets etc.. and we are surrounded by parks and Metro line and Bus lines at the door
