16 years ago, I opened my first Bed & Breakfast "Pensión Blanca B&B", in the most commercial avenue of León that remains active. Over time I decided to build in what was my home, the new Slow León Apartments. Tourism is evolving and is demanding this type of more independent accommodation, there are also people who when traveling prefer to stay in sustainable, ecological and energy efficient buildings.

SLOW LEÓN is an independent building consisting of four contemporary aesthetic apartments, two of them loft type. It is located in the old town, three minutes from the Cathedral and the Plaza Mayor. What is special about these apartments is that they are built under the Passivhaus (passive house) standards, which adds extra comfort to the entire environment, as well as a clean and healthy air, giving the client extra warmth and at the same time Taking care of the enviroment. The apartments are gifted; Kitchen fully equipad Free WIFI, Cable internet, Smart T.V. (living room and bedroom), Air conditioning (although they have an optimized temperature the customer can regulate it), Soundproof (triple glazing), Hypoallergenic space, Independent Entrance, Lift, Opening by codes.

Neighborhood info

Being located in the old town, it allows you to be "one step" away from all the cultural attractions (Cathedral Museum, Sierra Pampley Museum, Botines House, León Museum; and a little further, in the part Modern city, the MUSAC and the Auditorium) as historical (Cathedral, Basilica of San Isidoro, Church of Palat del Rey, Palacio del Conde Luna, Crypt of Puerta Obispo, Parador de San Marcos ....) without forgetting the spaces of leisure we have the Wet, Romantic Neighborhood, Plaza del Grano, Plaza Mayor .... etc.
