Beautiful newly renovated town house with private pool in the center of the beautiful town of Pollensa. This beautiful and functional house is located in the old town of the center of Pollensa and a few minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor where most of the bars, restaurants and shops are located. The house, which preserves details of a typical Mallorcan house, is fully equipped and is perfect for spending a quiet family vacation.

In addition, it has a private pool of about 5 x 2 meters long and several terraces ideal for spending time outdoors. The constructed area is approximately 120 square meters distributed in a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, hob, microwave, filter coffee maker. Other features include satellite TV, a stereo system and WIFI internet. Of course there is a washing machine and ironing board and iron. The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, which provides a pleasant cooling in summer and a cozy warmth in the transition period. It also has central heating for the colder winter months. The beaches of Puerto de Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are about 6 km away.
