Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et tranquille. Découvrez dans ce superbe appartement sous combles, le charme de l'ancien rénové au goût du jour. Magnifiques poutres apparentes, cuisine équipée, salle de bain neuve. Jusqu'à 3,80m de haut, cet appartement vous donne une vue imprenable sur les toits de Bayeux et sa rue principale. Découvrez également une vue imprenable sur la cathédrale de Bayeux. Le logement est situé dans un magnifique immeuble du début du XX ème siècle non détruit pendant les guerres. Situé au 3 ème et dernier étage (sans ascenseur), cet appartement sous combles vous donne une vue imprenable sur les toits de Bayeux et sa magnifique cathédrale. De l'autre côté, une vue tout aussi réjouissante sur la rue principale avec ses commerces. L'appartement se situant dans la rue principale de Bayeux, des places de parking se trouvent à proximités. Certaines payantes (rue principale) et d'autres beaucoup plus nombreuses à proximité (payantes et gratuites).

Dans l'hyper centre de Bayeux, appartement sous combles dans la rue principale. Appartement récemment rénové avec une parfaite isolation. TOUT peut se faire à pied, commerces, bars, restaurants, commerces, musées...
