Welcome to our flat in the heart of Toulouse, ideal for business or leisure. This stylish retreat offers modern comforts. Discover the cultural and historical treasures of the Pink City just a few steps away and relax after a busy day. Book now, the perfect choice between convenience and well-being. This spacious flat is located in Toulouse city centre, close to the train station. Bright and well-maintained, the flat is on the 3rd floor with lift (approximately 10 steps to access the lift on the ground floor) in a quiet courtyard. It is fully equipped, with a lovely kitchen and all the facilities you need to prepare delicious meals! A table and high chairs will make your meals a pleasant and convivial experience. The lounge area, with its comfortable sofa facing the big screen, is the ideal place to relax while watching a good film or reading in peace and quiet... The rest of the flat has a cosy sleeping area with a double bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The flat is located in the centre of Toulouse, close to the covered market halls of the Victor Hugo market with all the specialities of the south-west, the Place du Capitole, small pedestrian streets overflowing with shops where you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants and wine bars where you can sample local produce. Within walking distance of Matabiau station, you'll find all the shops you could possibly need: supermarket, bank, chemist, bakery, etc. The flat has excellent transport links: both metro lines are close by (line A to Marengo SNCF stop, in the station, and line B to Jeanne d'Arc stop), as is the airport shuttle (to Matabiau SNCF stop). Matabiau station is very close by. There are also numerous Vélib stations in the immediate vicinity of the flat.
