Beautifully restored chateau. We stayed in the 'tropical' room which was perfect for a family of 4. Hosts, Mark & Barbara, were both very friendly and keen to share their experiences of the restoration process. Extremely quiet and peaceful.

This was a fascinating chateau, beautifully restored by Mark and Barbara. They are clearly very talented people. Accommodation was comfortable and breakfast was an absolute feast. There was a good place to eat very close by.. All highly recommended.

Quintessential chateau with beautiful personal touches by Barbara making it an idyllic stay. The Blue Room made you feel special with the bed and canopy, retaining its historic charm. Oh… and the cats in the yard were so cute.

The house is built on the foot print of the previous chateau that was burned down. The current house was built in 1860.
We have been renovating the property and are now in a situation to invite guests. We have further out building that we will be renovating in the future. Our journey has been documented by the TV show My Dream Derelict House in The Sun
We are situated on the edge of a quite village an the Northern edge of the Brenne National Park, famed as being an area of a 1000 lakes.
