We offer 17 gîtes available for rental. An ideal location: Paris Nord Villepinte & Le Bourget Exhibition Centers – 15 km Roissy CDG Airport – 6 km Paris – 30 km Theme Parks: Parc Astérix & Disneyland – 15 km Capacity: Up to 110 guests in total Each gîte accommodates between 2 and 10 people We also provide a reception hall and versatile spaces, perfect for family gatherings, celebrations, and corporate seminars.

Come and relax in our beautifully restored farmhouse — a touch of the countryside with all amenities close by. PUBLIC TRANSPORT La Bullote is located just 20 meters from the bus stop (line 2101 KEOLIS – Villeneuve Centre), which connects directly to Charles de Gaulle Airport in just 10 minutes (TGV station, RER B, and CDG Airport). Buses run every 15 minutes. Gare du Nord can be reached in 40 minutes via RER B. BY CAR Free private parking at La Bullote Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport – 10 minutes Aéroville Shopping Center – 15 minutes Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center – 20 minutes Le Bourget Exhibition Center – 20 minutes Disneyland Paris – 40 minutes Parc Astérix – 20 minutes La Vallée Village & Val d’Europe – 35 minutes AMENITIES NEARBY There is no supermarket in the village itself, only a bakery (closed on Saturdays) and a Total gas station.
