Charming studio in a quiet residence, completely renovated, including a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and an alcove located in the entrance including a simple bed for 1 child. A functional kitchenette open to the living room offers a friendly setting for relaxed evenings. A bathroom equipped with a shower cabin, toilet and washbasin as well as a washer-dryer complete this apartment. This pretty studio will also seduce you with its cocooning atmosphere and its view of one of the most beautiful residences of the Cauterets Belle Epoque. Located 500m from the ski lifts, thermal baths, spa center and 250m from the town centre, it is equipped with a lift and a cellar where you can store your skiing, cycling or other equipment. Several parking spaces are located near the residence. PLEASE NOTE: Bed linen and bath towels not provided
