Large living room/living room with open plan kitchen, separate WC, 1 bedroom with private shower room (160x200 bed + 90x190 bed) disabled access, 1 small bedroom with private shower room/WC (140x190 bed and 90x190 bed in attic mezzanine height 1.50 m). Additional equipment: record player, Hifi system, DVD player, internet, tumble dryer, baby cot/chair, air conditioning. Included: sheets, electric heating (underfloor), cleaning fee (excluding professional customers). Not included: bathroom linen. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (euros90). Animals: supplement euros5/day and deposit euros100. Nantes 25 km, beaches 35 km.
