The house is located in the historic Bastide town of Villereal, a recognised 'beautiful village' in France. The house benefits from a central location and is less than a few minutes walk to all the various amenities within Villereal. The house has a large sunny back garden with spa and has recently been renovated throughout. Guests will benefit from a new bathroom and kitchen as well as extensive renovation to the garden area and bedrooms.

It is an easy walk (under 5 minutes) to the centre of Villereal. Parking is available outside the house.
