The apartment is located in the Royal Roussillon residence, a beautiful listed Art Deco building, designed by the famous Catalan architect Férid Muchir. It offers a breathtaking view of the roofs of the historic and emblematic buildings of Perpignan. The building overlooks the beautiful avenue du Général De Gaulle, lined with palm trees, an avenue which runs from the SNCF train station to the famous Place de la Catalogne, entry point to the Old Town district, a 10-minute walk away the famous Castillet and the Palace of the Kings of Majorca. Two supermarkets, a laundry, cafes and restaurants line the avenue and open until late in the evening.
