Arrival is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. depending on availability with an appointment with the concierge.

An early arrival is possible from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with an additional charge of €20. (Subject to availability)

Please note for any late arrival: (subject to availability)

- From 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., an additional charge of €20 will be requested.

- From 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., an additional charge of €40 will be requested.

For any arrival after 9:00 p.m., the concierge will not be able to be there to welcome you. Access to the accommodation will therefore be refused, but possible the next day at 9:00 a.m.

Departure is possible from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. An appointment must be made upon arrival.

It is possible to request a late check-out. (Subject to availability)

- From 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, an additional charge of €15 will be requested.

- From 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, an additional charge of €30 will be requested.

A baby cot with a mattress + a high chair are available free of charge only on request.
