Agréable studio de vacances avec une surface de 26 m2 au premier étage avec 8 marches escalier pour y accéder, la configuration de l’accès n'est pas adapter aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Avec tout le confort nécessaire, ancien mais en bon état, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Se situant au centre historique de la citadelle de Bonifacio dans une ruelle piétonne et calme, idéalement situé avec toutes ses commodités. et le départ de belles randonnées, choisir une plages de rêve bleu lagon a moins de 15 minutes, visiter de très belles iles.
Je suis venu à Bonifacio en 1985 et je suis tombé amoureux de cette citadelle et de la région. J'adore les plages et faire des randonnées. A chaque saison, ces particularités avec différentes végétation, senteurs et lumières. J'ai eu l';opportunité d'acquérir cet appartement à une artiste célèbre. Après l'avoir remis au gout du jour et équipé comme mon logement principal, je suis heureux de partager le plaisir de vivre dans une citadelle et de visiter une magnifique région.
Vous découvrirez le charme de vous loger et vous promener dans une citadelle du 10 siècle avec ses remparts, ses ruelles étroites et églises, sa haute ville moyenâgeuse, ses églises romanes et gothiques et son cimetière marin. Ville curieuse surplombant la mer, bâtie sur une presqu'île rocheuse et face à la Sardaigne avec ses falaises de craie blanche, offre des points de vue imprenables sur le port, les falaises de calcaire rongées par la mer, le Grain de Sable, les bouches de Bonifacio et la Sardaigne juste en face. Avec des divertissements et activités tel que Les sons et lumières, chants polyphoniques, visites historiques , promenades en mer. Tous les mardis, le marché avec produits Corses. Les commerces : Boucherie, boulangerie, pâtisserie, ber & restaurants, supermarchés, laverie, presse, boutiques de souvenir et produits Corse. Les commodités: Banque, poste, distributeur d'argent, e Hôpital, dentiste, docteur, vétérinaire, pharmacie, gendarmerie.
