A B&B, private one bedroom Annexe attached to the back of a family farmhouse. Quiet location, private entrance and parking. Accommodation existing of a sitting room, shower room and mezzanine bedroom, covered patio seating area with use of a small outdoor summer kitchen ( from May to September) . There is use of a microwave, kettle , toaster and small fridge in the sitting room all year round . Beautiful views to enjoy, Breakfast can be enjoyed inside or outside. 40 mins from Puy de fou and only 15 mins from the medieval village of Vouvant or the Mervent forests with beautiful walks. Walking and cycling paths at the end of the property's driveway. just over an hour to La Rochelle and beaches.
We are an English family who have been living in France for 15 years, we look forward to welcoming you to our home, we live on site and are happy to help you if required.
The property is located 2 km from the pretty village of Breuil Barret where you will find a restaurant, bakers, hair dressers and a church.
