Property information

Logis de L'Arceau is a wonderful old manor house and renovated barns set amongst vineyards, sunflowers and agricultural land. Based in a small hamlet with other houses it's quiet and peaceful but only 10 minutes from Cognac with it's culture, Cognac houses, shops and restaurants. Our rooms are spacious and well appointed, with modern amenities.

Neighbourhood information

Cognac is a quick 10 minutes drive away meaning you can relax in the quiet of the French countryside but easily access restaurants, shops and tourist events. As well as Cognac we are just 15 minutes from world Unesco site at Pons on the route of St James of Compostella. With its castle and ramparts it makes a great place to visit. The beaches at Royan and along the Atlantic coast and into the Gironde estuary are just 50 minutes away. How about trying some Ile d'Oleron oysters with a glass of dry white bordeaux or charentais vin du pays. Bordeaux is just over an hour with it's history in winemaking, cathedral and shopping centre.
