This private and guarded domain, which extends over more than 160 hectares of magnificent vegetation, benefits from 2 beautiful "private" beaches facing the islands of Levant and Port-Cros. In this green setting, the villas, all built in dry stone from the quarries of Bormes, disappear behind the pines and cork oaks. The fort of Brégançon is located on the western edge of the cape. The house is easy and comfortable, on the hillside, on 2 levels which communicate between them by an external staircase, recently redone The house is semi-detached with another house, as are all the houses of the Village des Fourches, semi-detached 2 by 2.
