Le Manoir de Mathan fût construit au XVII° siècle par la famille Hue de Mathan à Crépon. Très bel ensemble architectural autour d’une cour carrée typique du Bessin comprenant un bâtiment principal ( autrefois bâtiment seigneurial ) et des communs autour de la cour aujourd’hui rénovés pour accueillir des chambres et la salle petits déjeuners. Cette ancienne « Ferme – Manoir » est entourée d’un grand parc arboré accompagné de sa petite mare ainsi que de l’ancienne boulangerie conservée, et de prairies offrant aux hôtes un endroit paisible où il fait bon de s’y reposer, à deux pas de la mer !
