Résidence Les Alizés occupies a central position (near the Haras) in the town of La Roche-sur-Yon, located between NANTES and la ROCHELLE. It is 33 km from Les Sables-d'Olonne and 45 minutes from Le Puy du Fou. Facilities include a sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool, all accessible between 10am and 10pm. A spacious terrace overlooking the pool is equipped with a 140 cm TV for your entertainment. The owners remain discreet to ensure your privacy. Free Wi-Fi access and secure private parking (for one car or two motorcycles) are available on site. The apartment has a full kitchen with oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, toaster, electric kettle, and more. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes and bath towels are provided for your stay. You can enjoy the swimming pool, in-apartment sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi during opening hours (10 a.m. to 10 p.m.). All amenities are reserved exclusively for guests. In addition, a courtesy tray is available, offering a selection of tea and coffee.
