Property information

Charming fully renovated studio with a magnificent view of the Canal de l'Ourcq, not overlooked. Located on the first floor by stairs, the studio consists of a bedroom with a very comfortable King Size bed (160x200), Wifi, 80cm smart TV with Netflix Disney Plus service. A bathroom with modern shower and a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, fridge freezer, oven, washing machine and capsule coffee machine, as well as all the necessary crockery. The studio also has iron and hair dryer. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
