Ty Kellen is just 2 mins walk to the sea in Port Lay.
Perfectly situated within walking distance to the main port and the village center.
You can watch the boats come in on the front porch with the rising sun. There is a large porch also where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun with 1000m of secluded garden/forest with sea views
Originally from the south coast of England, I moved to Brittany in 2005 and never looked back. I fell in love with this beautiful part of France.
The house is surrounded by typical fisherman’s houses ( maison de pêcher)
The majority of whom, live all year round on the island
