The house is a perfect place for couples to relax and unwind, family vacations or business travellers. Ideal for short and longer visits.
Golf club and Ecclesville equestrian centre with gym only 1mile away.
Fintona is 1mile away with several grocery shops, a beautiful park with tennis court , cafes, Pizza and Chinese delivery service, a restaurant and several pubs.
The Space
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a small lounge area with TV. It has all kitchen utensils needed to cook a family meal.
There is one main living area with TV, surround sound and a stove, this area is spcaious and also perfect for quiet time and reading. There is a comfortable light & bright conservatory overlooking the garden.
Attached to the kitchen is a utility room & bathroom.
There are 3 double bedrooms, one with en-suite.
The main bathroom has an electric shower and a bath to ease away any stress.
There is a large garden to the front of the property with big yard for children to play.
