We are pleased you have decided to book with us and hope you have an enjoyable stay on the beautiful Island of Bute. This is a peaceful, relaxing and happy home. We love coming here and take great pride in looking after the flat. We are happy to share our home with you for your stay and hope you will take care and treat things with respect as if they were your own. You are in a great location in Rothesay. The flat is only 16 mins walk from the ferry terminal at Rothesay pier. You can walk, get a bus or a taxi from the rank as soon as you get off the boat. Enjoy the wonderful island whether it be walking, out on the water, golfing or just relaxing at our home.

We are sisters and we are delighted to share Bayside with you. We use it as a holiday home, Ailsa is based in London and Shona in Australia so you will receive messages from both of us depending on time difference. This is the first year we have offered the flat on booking com so please let us know if we can improve or do anything to improve your stay.
