This exclusive use property is the ideal setting for gatherings of families and friends, walking and cycling groups or the perfect break away for a more secluded hideaway from everyday life. A Hot Tub is available for guests use and is positioned to take in the spectacular views! Step inside and take in the exceptional interiors with the soft farrow and ball colour palette and the generous space for gatherings around the beautiful cottage kitchen table with the added benefit of an AGA, any cooks dream kitchen! Or you may choose to sit back and relax in front of the open fire in the spacious and extremely comfortable living area with smart TV and stunning views across open countryside. With four enchanting bedrooms which sleep 8 guests, along with an upstairs bathroom suite and separate downstairs shower room and WC, there really is plenty of room for everyone. The cathedral City of York is also extremely easily accessible, lying just 30 miles away. With a beautiful walk direct from the doorstep down into Ebberston itself and the highly rated Grapes Public House.
