Property information

2 lovely double bedrooms (beds with elec blankets) large private bathroom, with beautiful views over Banwy valley with the Berwyn mountains in the distance. Dining area with tea and coffee making facilities, microwave & toaster. Smart TV’s in both beds On the outskirts of the small Welsh town of Llanfair Caereinion, the town of Welshpool is around 8 miles away and beautiful Lake Vyrnwy around a half hour drive Large secure off road parking area. Guests have own private entrance. Sorry no pets

Neighbourhood information

In Llanfair Caereinion there are 3 pubs that serve food a good chippy, Spa shop/post office for essentials and a really good butchers. If you walk down to these you’ll need to be fairly fit for the walk back up the hill! There is a Texaco petrol station on the edge of the town (closes at 8pm) with a Londis attached, that is larger than the Spa in the centre. Please note that there are small (friendly) dogs on the property, one in particular (Molly) will probably come to greet you on arrival. The parking area is spacious, secure, and located on the property (accessed via a sloping drive). Any number of vehicles can be accommodated on request). EV charging (13A) available for a small charge. Many local walks, we have guide books available on request.
