A charming semi detached cottage with off road private parking ideally located a couple of minutes from Hornsea Town centre and 2 minutes walk from Hornsea Mere boasting stunning views This period cottage presents a Lounge with bay window over looking the beautiful cherry tree, and a modern fireplace with electric fire for cosy nights in. Seating for up to 6 people is available in dining room where you will find a large cupboard to coats, shoes and accessories. Through to the kitchen there is everything you will need to look after yourselves on you holiday, Hob, oven, air fryer, fridge, pots pan, cutlery and accessories even a kitchen sink with plenty of storage. Leading through from the kitchen you will find the original coal house which now houses a washing machine should you need it during your stay and next door the original outside toilet. Then onto the the sun and heat trap, "the conservatory" magically decorated with fairy lights for that something special ambience. This leads to a paved back garden area for outdoor living. Upstairs you will find 2 beautifully decorated and comfortable bedrooms and recently renovated bathroom with bath/shower, wc and vanity unit.
Ideally located in the quiet area of Mereside, minutes walk from Hornsea town centre and 2 minutes away from the stunning largest fresh water lake in Yorkshire, Hornsea Mere! Less than a minutes walk is a fabulous park for children and for the grown ups access to 3 local pubs a hop step and a skip away. Hornsea Beach is a 10 minute walk away through the town where you will find fish n chip shops, amusements and leisure centre. This cottage couldnt be more ideal for those wanting to stay in this lovely seaside town and with the added bonus of free off road parking, your dreams might have just come true!
