A simple and peaceful centrally-located Grade 2 listed cottage. The River Usk is just a 2 minute walk away. Wild swimming,fishing and watersports on your doorstep. Located on a pedastrian lane 2 minutes from the town centre with access to a variety of restaurants, bars and takeaways. Within walking distance to many historical buildings and walks.

My cosy cottage was built in the 17th century to house coach men from the nearby castle. It’s a peaceful residential neighbourhood. A stones throw from the beautiful river beach. The Promenade and famous Gurkha Path trail are minutes away. The town centre is a quick 2 minute walk up the path and past the Brecon Castle. There’s river side dining at Brecons famous Cat Soup Kitchen, just a 2 minute stroll away too. Perfect location for town and country enjoyment.
