Guests booking our 16 sleeper barns (Wagon Shed or Milking Parlor) are required to pay a 20% non refundable deposit upon booking.

Guests booking 4 or more rooms are also required to pay a 20% deposit, refundable up to 90 days before date of arrival.

All-male groups above 6 will not be accepted without prior arrangement.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse entry to the accommodations if above criteria has not been adhered too.
